assign_media transfers

Run assignment for given Media. The field inspection_media can be a list of InspectionMedia Ids, the "unassigned" string, or the "all" string. If "unassigned" is provided, all unassigned media for the Transfer Job will be assigned. If "all" is provided, all media for the Transfer Job will be unassigned then reassigned. If 'inspection_media' is not provided, fallback to 'unassigned' option. Optionally the "unassign_first" flag can be set to True to unassign the media's project first
