GET /api/ingest/start-workspace-tasks/{task}/

get https://<subdomain>.huvrdata.app/api/ingest/start-workspace-tasks//

Loop thru all the Workspaces and pass in task that need to run. to run a specific task, append the task string to the url CLOUD_RUN_URL/api/ingest/start-workspace-tasks// i.e., CLOUD_RUN_URL/api/ingest/start-workspace-tasks/generate-schedule-events/
