Get all checklist instances with detailed information

Show a detailed list of checklist instances. This endpoint is slow but it
avoids needing to make many queries to get detailed information. Use a low number
for the limit, such as ?limit=10.

Includes all related fields, such as the checklist template, asset, and project.
