CRUD for tt-calc calculation cases. Company-scoped: users only see cases
owned by their company. Running a calc, saving a result or changing its
inputs also needs a seat on the case's module when the workspace has
LICENSE_MANAGEMENT on.
user (creator) is set server-side.
Required permissions:
- IsAuthenticated
- WorkspaceRequired
- HasRolePermissions::case_delete
